1、使用的氧气纯度应足够,因为这关系到切口表面是否光滑。如果氧气纯度不够,则会使切口变得粗糙,从而影响切口质量。

2、多件工件切割完成后,不要急于清理,使变形得到有效控制。

3、如果是薄钢板,则可以进行局部冷却,或根据切割部位的长度、宽度和厚度,在编程中预先添加冷收缩值进行补偿。

4、切割喷嘴与钢板表面的垂直度误差应几乎为零,即切割喷嘴与钢板表面应垂直,否则切割部位会出现尺寸误差。

5、容易发生变形的工件,应放在整个板材的中间,与工件之间的距离要足够。

2. After cutting several workpieces, do not rush to clean them, so that the deformation can be effectively controlled.
3. If it is a thin steel plate, it can be cooled locally or compensated by adding a cold shrinkage value in advance in the programming according to the length, width and thickness of the cutting part.
4. The perpendicularity error between the cutting nozzle and the steel plate surface shall be almost zero, that is, the cutting nozzle and the steel plate surface shall be vertical, otherwise the cutting part will have dimensional error.
5. The workpiece prone to deformation shall be placed in the middle of the whole plate with sufficient distance from the workpiece.
6. Select a reasonable cutting sequence and correctly select the position of the perforation point to avoid deformation of the cutting part.
